Borage is a fantastic little restaurant. It has been very nicely decorated and fitted out and the lady who served us could not have been more welcoming. And the food is brilliant. There is not a huge choice on the menu but the options are all very appealing, freshly prepared and delicious. We were there for lunch and thought it tremendous value. Would definitely recommend. We booked for 8pm and the service was so slow. Our order eventually got taken at 8:30 and we didn’t get ours mains until 9:45. By this time we were so hungry. The food was nice but the wait was just so long. The waitress said the reason was because there was a large booking (about 10 people) but the rest of the restaurant wasn’t very busy. Unfortunately it spoilt it for us and we are unlikely to return. View all feedback.
