The last two times I was here forgot to give me my food 20 minutes after completion. I pre-ordered the pick-up, paid when I came to the store, and then I sat there and waited there while all the others were served who came after me and ordered. Both times I had to go to the counter and ask for my food what was sitting there and getting cold. I honestly cannot fathom, as the service was so bad twice. View all feedback.
