This is our time at Toro. Our experience was not great, however we are firm believers in chances. The food here has not improved. This is not tex-mex nor Mexican. The burritos are a gut buster. They weigh about lbs and are not appetizing. The meet is tough and overcooked and the burritos are filled with fries, beans, rice, and overcooked meet. Terrible. Made us all want to hurl afterwards.
