Staff were friendly and explained the menu to us. The servings were huge and each puffle with ice cream and 3 toppings cost only $10! The Hokkaido soft serve was reminiscent of a frozen yoghurt and the matcha flavour was strong, but I would have loved it to be stronger(not a gripe, I just really love super strong matcha flavoured desserts.
