Late Sunday afternoon, rather quiet. 5 people behind the bar, Hot chocolate was cold and it tasted like brown milk with a hint of cacao. The cake came 15 minutes after the drinks were already finished. Clearly understaffed and rather dirty for a Hamburg standards. The two stars are pity stars. Never again. View all feedback.
