I come for the boudin and for Charlie t's seasoning mix. According to the employee that I talked to, they do not put organ meats in their boudin so it's a bit non-traditional. She said they use ground sirloin. I prefer to have a bit of liver in my boudin but Charlie t's is still very good because it's the best season boudin i have had.
