Placed my order on the mobile app and paid thru it. Got to McDonald's and they didn't have my order. I was told that because they didn't have bottled water that I ordered so the order didn't show up. There's some type of updating that needs to be done. The order was paid for, my order still could have been made and when I get there they can say they don't have it. Instead no order went thru at all. Little frustrating... View all feedback.
Website says drive thru opens at 530 am. It wasn't open at 545. Worker said they open at 6 am.
