In fact, the problem comes from the day you go buy your bread, days it goes but others it's not even worth it. We had a few times a problem of small green/black croutes on the baguettes. We told them, no reaction, I sent an email to the mother house, no answer. So now, we look at the tete of the baguettes before and if they have croutes of colors we go to competition.
