I visited Cafe Nero today and I am puzzled as to how chains like this, Starbucks, and Costa stay in business. I ordered a cappuccino, which is not supposed to be boiling hot as it can ruin the coffee. The drink was so hot that I had to wait 4-7 minutes before it was drinkable.
