This was the worst customer service experience. We received a delivery and the restaurant had shoved 12 cartoons in one bag and then knotted the top. Hence 3 of the cartons had burst open and leaked all over the carrier bag. The restaurant could not have cared less and refused to accept they had done anything wrong.
