2nd time we’ve been to this location they were out of bread bowls for their soup. They gave additional sandwich bread to try to compensate. Additionally, with the manager standing next to an employee, I asked if I could redeem a free cookie. The employee said no because it had to be redeemed with a purchase. Maybe chain/food service spots aren’t what they used to be but to save a loyal, returning patron you think they’d make a small exception.
