Oh how things change… I was a big fan of the former establishment in this location — 983. I went in thinking it’d be similar, which was probably my mistake, but this is definitely aimed to be less of a casual brunch/lunch spot like 983 was, and more like a swanky cocktail bar that happens to also serve a few food items.
