This is a takeout place inside a old walk up office building, you need to call them at the door so they will buzz you in, no call, they won't answer even you are at the 4th floor door plus poor reception. Basically I pay $30 for full meal that have 1 piece of skinny shrimp tempura, 1 hot dog saucesage and a chicken katsu with salty curry over rice. Not something you will want to go back for it.
