When I think of Japanese, I think of natural flavor from good quality food over sauces. That was not the case. This is drenched in a teriyaki glaze, the garlic scent and taste if overpowering, the rice is over cooked and mushy, and the curry has no potatoes and carrots (like the picture or regular Japanese curry.
