I was hesitant to try the pasties de nata at first. I’ve had the ones in Portugal and they weren’t really my thing. Shockingly, I was mistaken and the pasties here tasted BETTER than where they originated from. Not to knock them, but I think that what you all have cooking in the kitchen, is real magic. Pasteis de nata are decent, definitely not better than anything I’ve had in Lisbon but they’re not bad! They are a bit overpriced in my opinion but they don’t really have any competition so if you’re in nyc and craving one this is your only option View all feedback.
