Pretty regular if you ask me. Their fresh mozz is not that great. There’s no shredded cheese, I asked the guy at the counter if they should shred a block and they couldn’t. They have like 2 kinds of Mexican cheese which is sad for a cheese store that’s as big as it is. The mac and cheese isn’t anything to write home about. Their stuffed shells were average at best.
