Even if you order ahead, be ready to wait 30+ minutes for your order to be ready. It was a total madhouse on a weekday, and even with all the pickup shelves, there was total chaos. Some of the workers were really trying hard to keep up with the demand and were apologetic, but it should be obvious to management that they are understaffed and can't keep up.
