I should have heeded the other reviews as a warning. VERY disappointing. Forget about the cold atmosphere and rude wait staff, let me tell you about the more important aspect the baked goods. I paid $5 for 4 cookies (ok fine, inflation whatever although this was the MOST I'd ever paid for Italian cookies). The biggest disappointment was that they were so old and stale!
