Very hit or miss. Some days the bagels are dense, moist and chewy and some days they're airy and dry as dust. Depending on who's making the sandwiches, they can be delicious or disgusting. Today's was so bad I felt compelled to write this review. Just seems like they don't care about their customers at all or are lazy or cheap or all of the above..
