Wanted to try a local Japanese hibachi place. They were replacing the roof, when we drove up, and the appearance around the building is...well, has a run down appearance. We were a bit hesitant to go in, but I 'm glad we did. The chef at the hibachi, needed a bit of practice, lol with his presentation show , but the food was delicious and was prepared per instruction. It was OK. Service was excellent and our hibachi chef was very nice and skilled, but not quite as showy as I would have loved for my kids to see. By the time he was done cooking and I had everything on my plate, I had about 5 minutes before they were bringing to-go boxes. That was disappointing.
