False advertising and mediocre food marred our lunch at the Tides Bar & Garden at The Mangrove Hotel, Broome. I ordered threadfin salmon and while my meal was okay, the fish was anything but threadfin salmon. When I politely pointed this out on leaving, I was met with a passive aggressive response by the female bar attendant who argued it was threadfin salmon. Had to go back after previous visit, view over Roebuck bay is spectacular with an icy cold beer...
