We ate here for lunch on a Thursday, they allow dogs in one part of the bar so we were all ready happy. The staff were friendly and the food was served promptly our group had, pie, ham egg and chips and chicken burger all good size portions’ well cooked and piping hot . Not had food since new manager. 3 meals and only 1 was good. Asked what the pie of the day was and told it was meat and potato. That could be anything! Tried it and it was like minced beef. Pastry was very dry, mashed potato hard and gravy thin and tasteless. I left it. Sausage and mash was similar with potato and gravy and sausages were awful. Burger and chips was very nice and all was eaten. Won't be returning. View all feedback.
