Highlights: good cocktail selection at the hotel bar, great location (very central) Downfalls: on service (very slow at the bar, frantic at the front desk, no real concierge service to help you navigate the city). On facilities: rooms are not as clean, very noisy (you can hear everything at night and it’s hard to sleep, they do offer earplugs in the room as you check in which was a sign that noise is an issue).
