menu is very easy to navigate and clearly labeled vegan, veg, or gluten-free. my favorites are the idaho maki roll, inari maki roll and the veggie die fry noodles. when they get an salate with their meal, the dressing is not vegan. last time they offered me another dressing. miso suppe is also great!
