I had the el memo enchiladas beef chalupa. Nice serving sizes. Beef chalupa was amazing. Refried beans were good. Rice was dry. Corn tortillas in enchiladas were dry. Chili con carne topping had a weird taste. No salsa was provided. Thankfully a dollop of guac sour cream came on the chalupa that provided some ?moisture? for the dry rice covered up that weird enchilada taste. 1st last visit. View all feedback.
