Great outdoor covered seating with cooling fans. Drive through has huge shade canopy at the window area, in summer it is a great thing! All drive throughs in Arizona should be constructed like this one. Staff very prompt and courteous. Asked for one ketchup packet, got a generous five. Not sure why this location is rated so low. What Mike Pillen doesn't like about Burger King:
I'm not sure how many more poor ratings and complaints need to happen before someone i management need to enhance the training with staff. We have had several run ins with staff/drive thru operator. I need to point out we opt to purchase at your establishment without a problem experience. If needed we can go elsewhere and continue with driving down the ratings.
