I love this place and its location! The teas and specialty drinks are fantastic, and all the baked goods are delicious. However, I am disappointed with the coffee. It consistently tastes burned and bitter to me, despite my love for coffee. I keep trying in the hopes that it was just a bad batch, but I have not found a smoother option. My sister and I went to ebb+flow for the first time and were very dissatisfied! I ordered a cookie butter cold brew and asked them to add oat milk and I received water with coffee grounds and no oat milk not to mention they put so much spice on top of my foam that I literally choked.
