Too expensive. Although their meats may be good quality, I was shocked to pay $12/lb for a cooked ham over Christmas. Over double the average of other places. And they sneakily don 't put prices on display, knowing most people are too embarrassed to keep asking 'how much is this, how much is that ' I used to use them a lot a few years ago, but even for special occasions now I have to be pretty desperate.
