The other day I had this old man thought. Back in my day a pizzeria made pizza and maybe one or two other things and it was great pizza. These days most pizzerias sell wings, subs, salads, pasta dishes, fried foods, fish frys, burgers, tacos, desserts, the menu goes on and on. Every additional item subtracts from what really counts. INCONSISTENT! Bought gluten free pizza a week ago, it was delish BUT I ordered today and it was mediocre. Ordered at 4:52 , told 20 minutes. There in 15ish.
