What Ryder M likes about Country Pride:
Decent for where it is and what it is being at a truck stop. I don't think another salad bar can be found within 50 miles of this little diner. It has all the usual salad fixings a vegan would want, just don't expect super fresh or organic vegetables. Beans, corn, onions, lettuce, tomatoes, beets, and broccoli just to name a few.
