I like this particular McDonald's (84th street near Byron Center Ave) MUCH better than the one at Gezon Parkway and Byron Center Ave. The 84th street one actually has shakes, they actually provide quick service, and they get your order right. I don't even know where to begin with this review. I waited 20 minutes after placing my order, while I watched at least 10 other customers receive their food and leave. Finally, when I did get my food, it was completely wrong. Missing items, random items added, and to top it off, the person serving at the second window had prison tattoos and terrible English.
