We checked out this hotel after the reviews on Trip Advisor. We were not disappointed, what a great restaurant, so good we went back a second time, something we rarely do as there is so much choice in the area. I understood that they changed chefs which is a shame. The waiting staff is still the same and wonderful as they used to be but the food was not as good as in the past. The ravioles were boring, as was the St Jacques- the...flavors were just not there. The bar was very good as were the encornets.
