Since I don’t live in town I really must check my order before leaving any restaurant in Cairo. I didn’t check tonight because I haven’t had a problem at this restaurant before. Besides, how badly can you mess up Chicken with bok choy? Well, don’t add any bok choy!! Guess I’m having chicken with onions and a couple of mushrooms. Thankfully I have some sriracha sauce!
