We visited the Zamalek branch and were welcomed by two employees: the Manager/Cashier and the Koch. Very friendly, but service was somewhat slow (but understandably with only one cook! . A few months ago I was stuck in traffic on 26th of July and looked to my right only to see one of your staff, possibly a store manager or a position of the likes, chill at the restaurant’s entrance, in the middle of the door look out the cars...
