This is the most laid back bar in Caldwell staff is always excellent. I always eat the bulk mail burger with the queso but today i ate the diamond A beef ny strip that is awesome it come with mashed potatoes and vegetables best lunch or dinner in town hands down my go to spot if your driving through or local dont let this diamond in downtown caldwell slip away.ps dessert waffles are awesome. Cool atmosphere but we didn't have good experience. There were 1 wait staff and 1 cook when we came (2 tables before us, us, then another 2 tables); so it's quite a wait. We're ready to order but the wait staff took order from the table came after us first. She also brought me chips, after asking me if I wanted chips or fries and I said fries.
