Awesome Lunch!. I'm surprised when I came here and saw the negative reviews. My experience at Pho Hoan was very good. I ordered pho and the broth was very good and flavourful and they really gave you a lot for what you pay. And my boyfriend ordered a vermicelli bowl which he chowed down on and loved.
