It really is a great experience to dine at the top of the tower. Being able to slowly experience the tour of the city while dining is quite different than simply going up to the observatory deck. While this is a "fine dining" venue we sat aroiund young children that screamed and wandered around while we dined. Very annoying but it's a touristy spot so that's the way it goes. Food was very good and large portions. As Americans, we're used to cocktails for the same price providing more volume. They actually state on the menu how much alcohol they provide. Cheap!!
