My boyfriend is a bbq snob, and really loves the food here. The 1/2 Pound Brisket is very soft with the outside bark, so soft he picked it up with his fingers and it fell apart, the Burnt Ends are very tasty, soft, tender and sweet, the Deep Fried Pickles were good on their own without dip, without shrivelling, Baked Beans was a nice and large portion, and very delicious, the Cornbread Honey Butter was delicious and... 1/2 Pound Brisket was almost inedible dry. The Spicy Fries and Cornbread Honey Butter were ok but nothing to write going about. The Bacon Wrapped Stuffed Peppers were nice but the sides couldn’t save some of the worst brisket I’ve been served.
