I have my order for takeout (I live near, so it does not affect the quality and ordered the black truffle cream sauce fattyuccine. very heavy on the butter and fat in the sauce. I added mush and speck in the mix and they can say the ingredients were high quality, but were not used to their best potential. the muddles were hard and the mushrooms and the speck were boiled over.
