I had a really bad experience when they told me I wasn't able to remove cheese from my sandwich because they just think it wont taste good. I had to say, i can die if I eat chesse(which is true), so they called their manager and and the answer was: "just because is your first time here we will remove the cheese" like: you can't comeback cause you are commiting a crime.
