They 're CLOSED! We ate here once before and the food was fresh and delicious. Sad that they 're closed... one star taken away because it says they 're open on their website and Yelp and they haven 't updated anywhere. On the door, there is a sign that they will return like they 're in lunch break. View all feedback.
What Kia Lia doesn't like about Puerto Vallarta:
They have new owners here and I had ordered a meal here expecting it too be the same but I opened the food and there was beans that looked like they were canned.. and carne asada that had a very odd taste.. Me and my husband ordered nachos and there was no guacamole or jalapeños barley any sour cream ..We are not trying too hate but we can tell the recipes have changed : View all feedback.
