Very viby place. Make a reservation its small can accommodate maybe 10-15 ppl. Their dumplings were yum. My ramen mushroom one was ok they added beets which I dint like could have been better. What Shawn Baughman doesn't like about Toki Underground:
1st visit. Didn't know how small restaurant was. But still tried it anyway. Food was good not great. Service was great. The atmosphere is not meant for families. I took my wife and two kids. Was not notified that that meant we were going to be charged a gratuity fee like we are a large group. They should warm before you sit down about that cause all other places I have been its 8 or more that same fee.
