Mike, the big boss, reminds me of a scam artist the way he handles customer complaints, ordered a calzone that was almost completely destroyed. Toppings were not in the calzone. I don't know how that is even possible. He wanted me to bring it back to the store, basically to prove it instead of offering credit or a new one.
