Kaito is such wonderful ramen and sushi. I sure do miss their 41st location but am grateful they found a way to survive the pandemic and moved into the mall. Their ramen is my favorite for a cozy night at home with a movie. I love the spicy miso raman, spicy garlic and black garlic raman. Also their gluten free ramen is not just rice noodles! Tonkotsu ramen broth tastes like it was mixed with cream, so it doesn’t taste like tonkotsu ramen… Shashu pork was okay, but the portion is miserable. Japanese curry was good. Spoons are ridiculously small View all feedback.
Taste good needs more heat warm
Solid Japanese ramen on this side of the hill. Didn't expect to find in the Capitola Mall food...
