Visited here for lunch in Naples airport, before catching a plane to Zurich. There is a seating area behind the counted where you order food. We ordered Pasta, Fries and fried mozzarella. Absolutely horrible experience, the staff were extremely unfriendly. We sat down and nobody dared to take the menu orders. So after 5 min we went and asked, they said we have to get the food at the counter. A few minutes after an (italian) group came and they were treated immediately and the menu orders were taken.
