we grazed on local appetizers during the afternoon while waiting for the official dinner bell. yes, we started at approx 1 PM, tasting various appetizers Chef Venica prepared for us while washing it down with every wine from the Castello 's vineyards. by 6PM we ready for dinner, in the formal castle dining room.
