I am served a coffee with 2 creams, 2 sugars. I tasted it because I could tell it was cold through the glass. I bring it back, the manager tells me well there with 2 cream, it's normal. I have had my coffee there every morning for 3 years with 2 cream... it has always been hot and sweet.
