This restaurant claims to be cuisine... Well, I wouldn 't say that really. It isn 't up to the standard of some of the other Indian restaurants around the Cathays area. Mowgli's is best visited on wednesday banquet night for a full menu choice of courses or sunday for a 5 course set meal and at £12.95 you really cannot argue but expect the service to be rushed as people cash in on this offer.
