this restaurant is wonderful. each individual who was ordered was delicious. the real Jewel was the duck (one of our party may not duck and even they claimed it was divine.) the owner is very friendly and talked to us about the preparation for the duck without being intrusive. it is easy to find good Chinese cuisine in cardiff, to find an excellent menu, although really opens their eyes and will be unforgettable. After waiting 15 mins to be served, We ordered three dishes. The chef seemed over exuberant with salt. Each dish was very salty. In addition, the General Tso’s chicken dish was just oozing too much soy sauce, that was all you could taste. Spare ribs dish. There weren’t many spare ribs at all. Very limited. Overall disappointing and somewhere that we thought we would try but know we would never return. View all feedback.
