20 of us had a brilliant fish chip supper delivered here! It was the first time we had tried a bulk buy collection, with us all eating together. ‘Twas a resounding success for a super supper.
What Winsby doesn't like about Central Chippy:
3 cod chips (one with mushy peas a roll) 1 battered sausage chips. We got home and: (1). the sausage wasn't battered ; (2). the fish chips were soft with the batter falling off the fish ... whether this was due to being presented in polystyrene containers so the heat from the food made it wet soft is open to conjecture. A very disappointing experience wont be going back in a hurry.
I was so happy to see a real old fashioned mince and potatoes patty on this visit to Carlisle ....
